Elle recrute un entrepreneur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisaeroport.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A\u00e9roports de Paris<\/a> <\/strong>voit chaque ann\u00e9e, plus de 100M de passagers transit\u00e9s. Pour d\u00e9velopper l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parisaeroport.fr\/passagers\/parking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vente en ligne de place de parking<\/strong><\/a>, ADP recrute en 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/embarech7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Benaissa Embarech<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand il arrive, Benaissa est plong\u00e9 dans un environnement dans lequel &#8220;la vente en ligne n&#8217;est pas du tout naturel et les dispositifs digitaux ne sont pas du tout en place&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais face \u00e0 une concurrence accrue pour acc\u00e9der aux a\u00e9roports, notamment avec les VTC, les navettes ou le covoiturage, le constat est simple : &#8220;On ne sera plus sur le march\u00e9 si on n&#8217;\u00e9volue pas&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il va falloir d\u00e9velopper des solutions qui permettent de faire face : de rester comp\u00e9titif et pertinent pour le client. Cela implique d&#8217;adapter l&#8217;offre : baisser les tarifs des parkings d&#8217;ADP et am\u00e9liorer le service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benaissa nous raconte comment il a apport\u00e9 ce &#8220;nouveau m\u00e9tier&#8221; et transform\u00e9 ADP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il se lance avec un budget faible et n\u00e9gocie 40 places de parking pour tester son projet. Il rationnalise la base de donn\u00e9es clients. Il contacte les clients par mail afin de d\u00e9velopper l&#8217;offre et un syst\u00e8me de gestion des disponibilit\u00e9s. Puis, il met en place un v\u00e9ritable service client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant son aventure, Benaissa doit \u00e9galement faire ses preuves car ADP r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un enjeu d&#8217;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et l&#8217;organisation est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien huil\u00e9.
