Sigles, anglicismes, abr\u00e9viations\u00a0: comment s\u2019y retrouver\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p id=\"27cc\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Le Lean Startup c\u2019est quoi\u00a0?<\/strong> Le \u201cLean Startup\u201d est une approche entrepreneuriale de cr\u00e9ation de produit ou service. Elle repose sur l\u2019apprentissage du march\u00e9, l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation scientifique et le design it\u00e9ratif.<\/p>\n<p id=\"88b2\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">En se basant sur les r\u00e9ussites et des \u00e9checs des startups, Eric Ries a r\u00e9uni et codifi\u00e9 plusieurs bonnes pratiques qui constituent aujourd\u2019hui la m\u00e9thodologie de base de conception des startups dans son livre \u201cThe Lean startup\u201d. En quelques mots, <strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">il s\u2019agit de constamment adapter et ajuster son produit le plus rapidement possible en fonction des retours des utilisateurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"f5f1\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">Ou en jargon\u00a0: Il faut pivoter sur la value proposition de son business model avec ses early adopters pour avoir de la traction et atteindre la customer validation avant de construire son MVP.<\/p>\n<p id=\"11c9\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">C\u2019est clair\u00a0? Non\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p id=\"daca\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">Bon, voici le d\u00e9codeur.<\/p>\n<p id=\"bb8f\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Bootstrap<\/strong>\u00a0: D\u00e9marrage de startup sur des fonds propres, limit\u00e9s, sans faire appel \u00e0 des investisseurs ext\u00e9rieurs. Cela permet de trouver des solutions cr\u00e9atives pour r\u00e9aliser son id\u00e9e. Avoir tr\u00e8s peu de moyens oblige \u00e0 faire des choix et am\u00e8ne a se focaliser sur ce qui est le plus important pour le client.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Parent of a startuper\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*tb1ORgjoY0Km8-CWCr768Q.gif\" alt=\"Parent of a startuper\" width=\"465\" height=\"357\" \/><\/figure>\n<p id=\"6a08\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--figure\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Business Model\u00a0<\/strong>: Un business model d\u00e9crit comment une entreprise cr\u00e9e, d\u00e9livre et capture la valeur pour ces clients. Une fois son business model pos\u00e9, la startup cherche \u00e0 le valider ou \u00e0 l\u2019invalider. Des exp\u00e9rimentations courtes permettent de tester ind\u00e9pendamment les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments de son business model. Par exemple, cela peut-\u00eatre changer sa cible, son canal de distribution ou sa solution sans changer les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments de son business model. Ce sont eux qui expriment le besoin ou le probl\u00e8me vous allez r\u00e9soudre de la fa\u00e7on la plus forte. Les early adopters constituent votre premi\u00e8re cible.<\/p>\n<p id=\"20bb\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">MVP\u00a0<\/strong>: Le terme le plus r\u00e9pandu du Lean Startup mais aussi le plus confus. Le Minimum Viable Product est une exp\u00e9rience faites avec des clients. Cette exp\u00e9rience sert a v\u00e9rifier si l\u2019on arrive \u00e0 bien r\u00e9pondre au besoin du client, et cela gr\u00e2ce a une version r\u00e9duite de la solution que l\u2019on envisage de construire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-875 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/debane.org\/franck\/wp-content\/uploads\/twttr.png\" alt=\"MVP de twitter\" width=\"640\" height=\"446\" srcset=\"https:\/\/debane.org\/franck\/wp-content\/uploads\/twttr.png 640w, https:\/\/debane.org\/franck\/wp-content\/uploads\/twttr-300x209.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"35b0\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--figure\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Traction<\/strong>\u00a0: Taux de croissance de l\u2019entreprise, acquisition de nouveaux utilisateurs ou clients. C\u2019est un indicateur cl\u00e9 au d\u00e9marrage pour de nombreuses startups en B2C. La traction vient de son Growth Engine ou moteur de croissance.<\/p>\n<p id=\"3b9d\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Growth Engine<\/strong>\u00a0: Le moteur de croissance est la strat\u00e9gie mises en oeuvre pour faire cro\u00eetre le nombre de clients. Il y a trois strat\u00e9gies principale:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"postList\">\n<li id=\"4fa7\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p\">En payant pour l\u2019acquisition de nouveaux clients, par exemple une campagne marketing. C\u2019est moteur de croissance de beaucoup de site de e-commerce par exemple, ou ils doivent constamment chercher de nouveaux clients \u00e0 travers des campagne marketing.<\/li>\n<li id=\"d13b\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">En \u00e9tant viral, c\u2019est quand l\u2019utilisation du produit par les clients actuels incite d\u2019autres personnes a utiliser le produit. Par exemple les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou les personnes s\u2019inscrivent parce qu\u2019elles y sont invit\u00e9es par leurs amis.<\/li>\n<li id=\"c4d2\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">En am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9tention\u00a0: en s\u2019assurant que les clients restent sur le moyen-long terme. Par exemple, les services d\u2019abonnement t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou autre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"a50d\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--li\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Product-Market Fit<\/strong>\u00a0: La rencontre et accord parfait entre un produit et son march\u00e9\u00a0: la startup fait des ventes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Lorsqu\u2019il y product market fit, la startup peut passer \u00e0 la phase de croissance, qui est telle qu\u2019elle n\u2019arrive pas a r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande. C\u2019est aussi \u00e0 partir de ce moment que d\u2019autres startups en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral copient leur concept.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b2b7\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--figure\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Value Proposition\u00a0:<\/strong> La proposition de valeur est la formulation la plus simple et la plus compr\u00e9hensible qui permette de d\u00e9crire de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise et actionnable ce que vous offrez \u00e0 vos clients. Par exemple, celle d\u2019Uber est \u201cThe Smartest Way to Get Around\u201d. Elle doit \u00eatre claire pour vos futur clients.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b753\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\"><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">Lean Canvas<\/strong>\u00a0: Tableau synth\u00e9tisant les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments de son business model.
