I help organisations build new ventures the way startups do: by testing ideas with customers before building them.

I am an engineer, trained at ESIEA in computer science, electronics and artificial intelligence. I spent 15 years in international tech, in Silicon Valley, at Yahoo!, AOL Europe, BBC.com and Criteo. In 2012 I became an entrepreneur.

Since then I founded the Lean Startup Circle in Paris, then Forward Partners, where I advise, coach and train innovation teams in large companies and public organisations: about a hundred programmes in more than 50 companies since 2012, and more than 1,000 people trained or coached. I organise the Lead Innovation Day, a place for innovation practitioners to share what they have learned.

I wrote Passez en mode startup (Eyrolles, 2022), six steps to start a business by exploring a problem, testing your assumptions and developing your idea with customers. I also host Oser, puis doser, a podcast in French where intrapreneurs tell how they launched a new business inside their company or administration.
