In innovation, the way we get there matters
In innovation, the outcome isn’t the only thing that matters — the way we get there is just as important.
The hard work — uncovering real problems, understanding customer pain points, talking to users, testing and iterating, refining the value proposition — that’s where the real value is created.
You can’t just skip to the answer. If a team were handed the solution without doing the work, they wouldn’t truly understand it — and it wouldn’t stick.
It’s not just about the result. It’s about earning it.
