5 Insights from applying Lean-Startup in a 100.000+ people organization
Henning Trill shares what Bayer learned from the Catalyst Fund, its intrapreneurship programme launched in 2017: 74 projects explored, 29 incubated and 19 being implemented or scaled. Five lessons: one day a week is not enough, teams actually spend 40% of their time or more; put people on the teams who will spread the way of working; accept no project without a sponsor able to scale it; bring legal, privacy and regulatory people in early; and involve customers, who give far more time to co-creation than to sales.
