The Lean UX Anti-Pattern - Cross-Functional Silos
Tendayi Viki, following Tristan Kromer's « lean waterfall »: many large companies practise agile and lean inside each silo, design, engineering or marketing, while handoffs and specifications remain between silos, so the organisation as a whole still works as a waterfall. The remedy: small cross-functional teams tasked with solving a customer problem.
